merced inmate killed at main jail
On November 3rd while incarcerated at Merced County Main Jail Edward Ramos was tragically murdered in his cell. How this could happen is the question the whole community is wanting to know. This is not the first murder that has happened at the main jail. Due to Incompetent jail staff that are either conspiring with these dangerous inmates to allow them to murder inmates they do not like for what ever personal reason or they are too incompetent to provide safety to these inmates which is there number one priority as jail staff.
Six inmates attacked and Murdered Edward Ramos in his cell and these incompetent jail staff didn't go check to see why inmates placed water bottles on the cell bars and were obstructing the cameras view into the cell. Video surveillance covers the cells so officers can watch these dangerous inmates so that's where the question comes to attention are jail staff incompetent or are they conspiring with the inmates.
And some of these inmates have been charged on multiple murders since their initial arrest so how is it Merced Jail can't isolate these murderers away from everyone else ? They can but don't want to because these murderers are doing hits for the corrupt law enforcement officers in charge of making sure these inmates are safe. Edward Ramos was in a 8 man cell and 6 inmates have been charged with his murder but jail staff confirmed they were conspiring with a 7th individual but that persons name was being with held which can only mean that either that person is turning state witness on the case or that person was one of these corrupt officers and Merced is trying to cover up for their officers again.
All six are looking at facing Life Sentences for there involvement in the murder of Ramos with additional time for gang enhancements for murdering Ramos to benefit the gang . A while back Merced police officer Leah Garcia was found naked in Ramos bed when his place was raided but Merced police did not find anything during the raid . Detectives went threw both Garcia's and Ramos cell phones and found messages from Ramos asking Garcia if he has been identified as suspect in any of the crimes he was committing and Garcia was giving Ramos what information Merced police had on the crimes. In Retaliation for the corrupt officer Leah Garcia Merced Police put out a press release calling Ramos a Confidential Informant which they knew was a death warrant for Ramos by his NORTENO street gang .
After further interviews with Merced Police it has been confirmed that at no time was Ramos a Confidential informant and it was stated if Ramos really was a CONFIDENTIAL INFORMANT they would of never admitted it to the public because doing so would show their real Informants that at any time their name can be released to the public putting their life in danger and CONFIDENTIAL INFORMANTs would no longer trust Law Enforcement and would no longer provide information to officers which is where 80% of the information they receive on cases come from .
This is a prime example of the corruption of Merced police utilizing NORTENO gang members to carry out murders on there behalf . When asked Merced police stated if these NORTENO gang members are not smart enough to kill there own with no paperwork to back it up that's there fault and they will be charged for there actions at which time they gave a laugh. When asked for badge number and name the officer would not provide it and it further showed the extent officers will go to utilizing these gangs to kill each other off so they don't have to deal with the gang problem themselves.
